Right now, I’m applying for data analyst positions, but my goal is to become an AI engineer. I’m working my way toward that goal.

The first job in the AI hierarchy is the Data Analyst, because it starts with the basics and gives you a big picture view.

First, you’ll learn about data, how to handle it, and what insights we can derive from it.

The first step is to get your hands dirty with data.

Once you gain some experience, you can move to the next step: Data Science.

At this stage, you should already be familiar with essential tools like SQL, Excel, and some visualization tools.

You just need to add more skills in model building, such as complex machine learning models and deployments. With these additional skills, you can easily become a data scientist.

There isn’t much difference between a data scientist and an ML engineer; the ML engineer focuses purely on model building.

After that, the next step is to become “THE AI ENGINEER.” If everything goes well, within 2–3 years, you can become an AI engineer with decent work experience and solid knowledge.

This is what i planned for. !
