If you have multiple blogs, then you’ve no doubt found that running multiple blogs can be very hard to do! It’s not always easy to keep up with the marketing and content generation required to maintain multiple successful sites, which can lead to burnout or just plain giving up on your extra blogs. But it doesn’t have to be that way!

In this article, I’ll give you tips on how to keep your sanity while managing more than one site, including tools and tactics you can use to handle all of your duties without burning out!

Take me instead, I’m running 3 Blogs. Concentrating on my primary blog Qnance and other two are fightingworld, mindslimit.

Staying motivated

When you’re running multiple blogs, it can be tough to stay motivated. You might start to feel like you’re just churning out content and not really making a difference. But the truth is, if you keep at it, you will eventually start to see results. Here are a few tips to help you stay motivated — Make sure that you know what you want to accomplish with your blog.

- Set goals for yourself and make sure they align with your bigger goal.
- Spend time on social media engaging with others in your industry or niche so that you can take breaks from writing while still feeling fulfilled by your work.
- Try reaching out to influencers in your field (or have them reach out to you) so that they’ll share some of your content.
- Join groups related to blogging on Facebook or LinkedIn so that other bloggers can provide feedback on how well things are going for them as well as offer advice for staying motivated when times get tough.

Keeping up with your schedule

Any blogger will tell you that one of the hardest parts of the job is staying on top of your posting schedule. When you’re running multiple blogs, that task can become even more daunting.

Suddenly, you have to keep track of multiple content calendars, make sure you’re posting new content regularly, and promoting your older posts effectively. It’s a lot to handle! But it doesn’t have to be an impossible challenge. Here are some tips for keeping up with your blogging schedule:

What does it mean to be successful?

When it comes to blogging, success can mean a lot of different things. For some people, it might mean hitting a certain number of pageviews or subscribers. For others, it might mean making a full-time income from their blog.

Whatever your definition of success is, there’s no doubt that running multiple blogs can be a challenge. You’re constantly juggling between updating each blog separately, while also trying to maintain a consistent voice and style across the board.
In this post, I’m going to break down the challenges of running multiple blogs and give you tips on how you can make the most out of your time.
Challenge #1: Time Management
Running multiple blogs means you have more content ideas coming at you at once and not enough time in the day to execute them all. If one idea falls through for whatever reason (your schedule changes unexpectedly or something outside of your control happens), then you’re left with nothing for that day which feels really defeating.

How much time should you dedicate per day?

Assuming you want to keep all of your blogs up and running (and who wouldn’t?), that means dedicating a certain amount of time to each one every day.

But how much time is too much, and how much time is not enough? If you’ve got a dozen blog topics on the docket and only two hours in the day, there’s no way that you’re going to be able to do them justice by writing an hour on each.

For many bloggers, one hour per blog per day is probably the upper limit. For most bloggers with several blogs, this will mean doing just two or three posts per week on some of them.
Some people are perfectly happy with their occasional post schedule while others can feel like they’re letting down their readers when they don’t post often enough on a favorite blog topic.

Getting the most out of your time each day

If you’re running multiple blogs, chances are you’re not getting the most out of your time each day. Here are seven tips to help you make the most of each day and get more done in less time

  1. Keep a timer on your desk or nearby at all times so that you can keep track of how much time you have left for work or other tasks throughout the day.
    2) Schedule set work periods where there are no distractions (i.e., lock yourself away from the world), then switch back to normal mode when it’s time for breaks.
    3) Have a designated workspace so that when it’s time to work, there will be no temptation to do anything else but what needs to be done.

That’s how you can get done many things.
